Online Registration for 2011-12 Season!

OUR SEASON STARTS THE BEGINNING OF NOVEMBER.

Online registration is now open!  To register for the SHA 2011-2012 season, follow the steps outlined below:

1. Register with USA Hockey

Go to the USA Hockey Registration Page. After filling in all the info and paying the USAH fee, you will receive a USAH confirmation number.

 
2. Register with SHA and pay fees

After receiving your USAH confirmation number, go to the SHA Registration Page. Here you will type in your USAH confirmation number received in Step 1. All the information will be pulled from the USAH registration database so you won't have to re-type all this info.

 
3. Complete the Consent To Treat and Code of Conduct forms

Go to the "Hockey Forms" page on this website. Download and complete the Consent To Treat form and both of the Code of Conduct forms. Turn these forms into your team Coach or Manager.
