How to Create/Use Your Crossbar Account

Create Your Account

  1. Click "Sign Up" that will show at the top left of the site over the Salmon Rapids logo.
  2. Enter the email address and password you'd like to set up for your account.
  3. A verification email will be sent to the email you enter to activate the Crossbar account.
  4. Once you have verified the account, you'll be able to enter your name and phone number to complete your account setup.


Adding Your Participant(s)

After you complete your account setup, you'll be prompted to add a Participant/Player to your account. If you need to add another participant to your account at any time, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Account and choose "Account"
  2. On the Participants tab of your Account menu, select "Add Participant"
  3. Select Add Participant
  4. Complete Player Profile (name, birthdate)


Your Account Menu

When logged into your Account from our website, you'll see the following options when you choose "Account."

Participants: Allows you to add participants (players) that will be associated with the account, as well as edit details for those participants.

Teams: This tab shows your assigned teams. Clicking on the team will take you to the team page.

Volunteer: Here, you can sign up for volunteer events your organization has added, if they exist.

Billing: The Billing section of your Account allows you to view your balances/payments and update your payment methods on file.

Settings: Here you can update your account name, phone number, email address, and password.

Notifications: Sets email notifications for games and practices. Ensure you have these selected to receive all communications from your organization.


Adding Another Person to a Participant's Account

Add spouses, step-parents, or grandparents to see a player's schedule and receive team notifications.

  1. Log in to your account (note: you must be the registering parent/guardian)
  2. Select Account (upper left corner) 
  3. You should see Participants (the default tab)
  4. Select "View Details" next to your player's name 
  5. Click on "Add Account
  6. Add the individual's email address in the form and click the Add Account button.
  7. If the individual already has an account, they will be added immediately.
  8. If the individual does not have an account, then a verification email will be sent to them. They must click on the link to verify their email and then create an account by supplying their name, phone number, and selecting a password. The individual will then be linked to the player.


The Crossbar Mobile App

  1. Download the app to your mobile device.
  2. Log in using the same email address and password that you used to create your Crossbar account.
  3. Once logged in, you'll have two menu choices: Family Calendar and Teams
  • Family Calendar: shows practice and game calendars for registered players. Subscribe to your family calendar by clicking on the cloud icon, which allows you to sync to your preferred calendar app.
  • Teams - lists the teams that your players are rostered on. Choosing a team will take you to the team's page, where you can see the team's schedule, roster, and team chat.



Confirm Delete
Click the delete icon again to confirm. Click escape to cancel.
